The firm's founding partner, Peter Mellette is one of the country's most experienced health law attorneys. Focused on health care issues since his college days, Mr. Mellette has used his health care regulation expertise to successfully represent and advise health care providers in a full range of health law practice areas for 25 years.
Robert Harrison Gibbs, Jr,. Esq.
An Associate with Mellette PC since 2005, Mr. Gibbs is knowlegeable and experienced in a variety of health care law and regulatory issures affecting Virginia health care providers. A graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, Mr. Gibbs has counseled heath care clients in regulatory compliance, licensing, Certificate of Public Need applications, and other matters.
